Mr Banner performed excellently when I had no where to turn when my insurance company was not going to replace my roof after it leaked. Thanks to him, my roof was replaced. I worked with Glenn Banner on a roofing case against a very large, well-known, national insurer who consistently denies claims. Homeowners fear that it will cost them more to sue and usually just take the hit. But in Florida, unless you win, attorneys don't get paid. So they're in it to win it as well. The insurance companies bet that 99% of homeowners will just walk away. But this is the second time they've denied a roof leak.Glenn has years of roofing experience and once he looked at our photos and issue, he was confident the insurance company should have paid. Because of his tenacity, we were able to settle in less than six months, recouping a good portion of our costs. He was straightforward, professional and attentive in responding. I would highly recommend Glenn and his firm and will also consult with him on our new home, should we have roofing issues in the future.
